At LiveGlam, we create our own products right here in LA. They are cruelty-free, vegan and furry friends certified. We take direction from our community on everything we create. It’s our mission to put the glam back in your hands.

Our membership fee is $21.99 per month, plus a flat shipping fee of $3.29 per package for US members (shipping fee for International members varies based on location. For details on international shipping, learn more here).

We find inspiration in everything from the colors of the season to our favorite trends. However, we are most inspired by our community of Glammers! We think you are influential, that’s why we’re always listening. Is anything more exciting than unboxing a new LiveGlam Club collection?!

• Creating Colors You Love

We put a lot of heart and soul into our products. Our Creative Director Laura (famously known on Instagram as @laurag_143) takes the lead on our all of our collections.

• Behind-The-Scenes

Laura works closely with our manufacturers to perfect our products. She’ll go into the lab to get the job done, even if her hairnet doesn’t go with her outfit. Being the perfectionist she is, Laura develops formulas that are unlike any other products out there. They are long-lasting, flexible, highly pigmented, and always on-trend. We test our products on babes, not bunnies. That’s why our lippies are cruelty-free and vegan, as well as our eyeshadows. Each palette is packed with gorgeous pigmented shades that are absolutely eye-conic!

3. Launch Of New Collections

On the 1st of every month, our new collection for our LiveGlam Club debuts. We always announce at 9AM PST on our Beauty Blog, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, and emails. Our glamazing fulfillment team wraps up your pretty package and sends it off in a blink of a winged eye, right from Los Angeles. We ship our products within 2 business days of your billing date. Of course, there are always the possibilities of delays with holidays, major promotions and other extenuating circumstances. LiveGlam Club packages are shipped for a flat rate of $3.29 in the US and when shipped internationally, the shipping fee varies depending on country. Purchases from Rewards and Shop have different shipping costs than your club membership.

However, we do offer our Glammers a shipping discount, which is calculated for you at checkout. You can check your order status and tracking information in your Dashboard or reach out to our Customer Happiness Team if you ever need our help.

As a member of our LiveGlam Club, you receive perks for being part of the #LiveGlamFam. For example, you’ll get 100 Reward points for every club package you receive. You can also earn points on your birthday, when you rate products, refer friends, and so much more. 8. Points for your thoughts? 

To earn more Reward points, you can rate products from each LiveGlam Club collection you receive. This is the best way to give us feedback so we can improve our products. How The LiveGlam Referral Program Works

When you join the LiveGlam Club, you’ll see a referral code on your Dashboard. This is what you’ll use to share and invite your best friend, mother-in-law, hair stylist, and everyone in your professional network. From your account page, scroll down until you reach the “Refer Friends & Get Free Goodies” section.

Once your friend/ family member/ babysitter joins, they’ll receive a free brush or lippie. We’ll also send you 200 Reward points to use however you wish! Be sure check out this blog for more info on Rewards.

LiveGlam Referral Program Membership Tiers

The more friends and family that join the #LiveGlamFam using your referral code, the higher you climb our membership tier—that means even better perks and glam goodies to choose from.

Silver Membership

You’re automatically a Silver Member when you join our LiveGlam Club. For each club package you receive, you’ll get 100 Reward points. However, if you Skip a collection, you won’t receive points that month. Also, for every new member you refer, you’ll receive 200 Reward points. Those points can be traded in for glam goodies. Be sure to keep the glam going!

Gold Membership

When you refer 3 friends in a month, you’ll brush up to Gold Member status. Not only will you receive the benefits of the Silver Membership, you’ll also be able to redeem cash for your points. Share that code, Glammer!

Diamond Membership

When you refer 50 friends in a month, you’ll get some extra sparkly perks as part of our Diamond Membership! You’ll be able to get cash per referral, free LiveGlam products monthly, a dedicated Success Manager, and so much more. Get your bling on with our LiveGlam Diamond Affiliate Program!

Diamond Elite Program

How Do I Trade My LiveGlam Products?

Trading is very simple! Before your billing date and your monthly products ship out, head to your LiveGlam Dashboard and do the following:

Trade Your LiveGlam Lippies:

1. From your Dashboard > click Trade > You’ll then see the option to Trade individual products or the whole collection.
2. Click “Trade Single Product” and select which product(s) you’d like to kiss goodbye.
3. Continue on to select what you’d rather get instead! Please keep in mind, each product is valued at a certain # of points, so try to choose products that add up to the total point value you are swapping out for!
4. If the products you select are valued at more points than what you’re trading, you can buy up to 200 more Reward points to cover the difference.
5. If you’re making an equal Trade, confirm that you’re trading your current month’s product(s) for something else, and you’re all set! If you need to pay for points to cover the difference, click “Confirm and Schedule Payment” > Select a payment method > “Confirm Extra Payment” and you’re good to go!

Trade Your Whole Set:

1. From your Dashboard > click Trade > You’ll then see the option to Trade individual products or the whole collection.
2. Click “Trade Whole Set” and select the collection you’d like to dust away > From here, you’ll have 3 Trade options:
   1. Trade the current collection for an entirely different collection you’ve been eyeing.
   2. Trade the current collection for 600 Reward Points
   3. Trade the current collection for $21.99 in Shop Credit.
3. Confirm 1 of the 3 Trade options above by selecting “Confirm” > “Finalize Trade” and you’re all set! You can see your trade confirmed on your subscriptions tab under your next estimated shipping date.

How to Pick Your First Collection As a New LiveGlam Member

Back in April, 2019, we released a new feature called First Set Trade. This gives anyone signing up to LiveGlam the ability to pick their first collection before checking out. Basically… you got options! You’ll never be forced to get a collection you don’t like. Instead of skipping a month, make sure to check out our trade options first! We try to update them every month so you won’t be stuck with the same choices every time.

How do I find my order details?

1. Log in to your LiveGlam account and go to your Dashboard > “My Orders
2. Click “View Order History” in the top right corner.
3. Click “View Details” in your order history. This is where you can view more details about your order, including the status, estimated shipping date, and order number!

How to Change Your Billing Date

Your monthly products ship out according to your billing date, which you’re able to set yourself! Our main goal is to offer ease and flexibility with your subscription, so if you don’t want all of your bills due at the beginning of the month, this one doesn’t have to be! Here’s how to set your billing date:

1. Log in to your LiveGlam account and go to Settings > “Billing/Shipping Date”
2. Under “LiveGlam Club” or “Mystery Club” click “Change Billing Date”
3. Pick a new date! It’s that easy!

Once your card has been charged and processed, we’ll ship your package approximately 2 business days after. We’ll send you an email every step of the way. Now, glow ahead and brush up on your Dashboard.

Choose Your First Collection

From the get-go, you can glam the way you wish. Unlike other makeup subscriptions, our Glammers can customize their cosmetics. When you join the LiveGlam Club for $19.99 a month, you’ll receive the best quality lip products plus extra glam goodies like brushes, palettes, and lashes in every collection.

If you aren’t feeling the current month’s matchup, you can always Trade for something that’s more your makeup #mood. Since this is your first collection, you will only be able to Trade the entire collection, not individual products. Your Trade will also depend on availability since our products are in high glamand. Glow ahead, pick your perfect.

We hope that you love all of your collections but we know that not everything will be a makeup match up. That’s why we offer our Glammers our Trade feature. As a member of our LiveGlam Club, you have the option to Trade individual products or the entire collection. Even if you’re brand new here, you can trade your first collection for something that catches your eye. And, you can start trading individual products after you’ve received your first collection! Let’s blend out the details, shall we?

Trade For Lippies You Can’t Live Without

1. From your Dashboard > click Trade > You’ll then see the option to Trade individual products or the whole collection.
2. Click “Trade Single Product(s)” and select which product(s) you’d like to kiss goodbye.

We’re always looking for ways to make your experience with us as smooth as applying our lippies, and things just got even better with our address book feature! To find out how to get your packages more quickly, efficiently, and error-free, keep reading! 

Why does this matter?

With this feature, you’re easily able to see what addresses you have on file, the subscription your addresses are linked to (if any), and set your default address for each new transaction you make (such as shopping or redeeming rewards)!

At checkout, you also have a dropdown menu to select any of your saved shipping addresses. As a member of our LiveGlam Club, you can edit your addresses by going to your Dashboard > Shipping > Address Book. Make sure everything looks right and that your glam goodies are being shipped to the right location. It never hurts to double check!

What is a Default Address?

Your Default Address should be your preferred or most used address, as it will automatically populate as your shipping address each time you brush over to checkout. This includes when you’re purchasing something in our Shop (while logged in), redeeming a reward, or joining another club. Don’t worry! You’ll still have the chance to select a different address or enter a new one entirely before confirming your order. 

New and existing members will also have the option to name new addresses entered at checkout. So, if you don’t use a saved address or you’re signing up for one of our Clubs for the first time and enter a new address at checkout, you’ll be able to add the title right then and there! If you ever want to change your billing date, you can do so through your Dashboard. 

All of this allows you to select shipping addresses more easily, avoid errors when re-entering shipping information, and most importantly, get your glam-azing packages faster. In our online makeup shop, you can purchase past lippie or eyeshadow collections, individual products, and exclusive bundles using your card as a member of any of our LiveGlam clubs. Get your pretty hands on the goodies you may have missed or regretted skipping without having to use your LiveGlam reward points!

If you’re not a member of any of our clubs, the good news is that you can still purchase items through our Shop as well! However, members do get exclusive pricing on products and cheaper shipping costs! For example, non -members pay $26.99 per collection or $10 per lippie plus shipping, while members only pay $21.99 per collection and $7 per lippie with discounted shipping. As a member of our LiveGlam Club, you can Rate collections after you’ve tried them out. Not only will you help us make our collections even more glamazing, but you can also earn 25 Reward points for reviewing!

We understand that every Glammer is unique, that’s why we want to hear from you! Our mission is to put the glam in your hands with products that you’ll love. Rating your LiveGlam products is super simple!

Here’s how it works:

From your Dashboard, scroll to “My Orders” and select “Rate & Earn Points.” Choose which collection you’d like to review and then you can start rating!

You’ll be taken through each product from that month’s collection so you can Rate and leave comments. We’ll also ask you what kind of products you’d like more of so we can create those for future collections.

After you’re done, you’ll see 25 Reward points applied to your account. There’s no time limit to when you can Rate. Simply click “Rate Products” and you’ll be able to select your previous collections.

Keep in mind that the Rate feature will appear 4 days after your order status changes to complete. If you don’t see the button, it’s because it has not been 4 days since you’ve received your products.
