Our Satisfaction Guarantee is available to any NEW LiveGlam Lippie Club customer in the United States. Currently, this offer does not extend to international customers or previous Lippie Club members.
Yes! Each month, you'll get 3-4 lip products delivered right to your door for only $19.99. You can look forward to receiving lipsticks, liners, gloss, balms, liquid lipsticks, and more.
Unfortunately, no. This offer is only valid on your first month of membership.
Yes! If you decide to keep your lippies but decide to not keep your membership you can Cancel. You also have the option to Skip a month or Trade for a collection that is more your style.
Once you place your order on the LiveGlam website, you will be charged $19.99 +tax. If you decide to not keep your lippies, we'll automatically refund you and cancel your subscription. Your return shipping is also on us.*

We hope you love your lippies, but we know they're not always a makeup match up. Remember, they must be returned within 14 days from your shipping date.
Here is the return process:
1. Contact our Customer Happiness Team to start the process.
2. Our team will provide a free shipping label* to attach to your package.
3. Due to COVID-19, we're taking extra precautions in our returns process. Please seal all products in a clear plastic bag within your return mailer.
4. Drop the package in your mailbox or local post office for pickup.
5. Once we've received your lippies, we'll issue you a full refund.
*APO, FPO, DPO, and mail-forwarding U.S. addresses are eligible for the Satisfaction Guarantee offer, but are not eligible for free return shipping. Customers that place orders to these types of addresses will be responsible for all return shipping costs.As soon as we receive your lippies, we'll start processing your return. A credit card refund can take up to several days to show up on your statement, unfortunately that is up to your bank and we don't have any control over this. We ask you to wait at least 10 business days.

At this time, our Satisfaction Guarantee offer only allows for returns on your first collection. However, as a member of LiveGlam club, you can Trade individual products or the entire set for free starting with your second collection.
