When Will You Get Your LiveGlam Goodies?!

Where can I find tracking info?
You will receive a shipment notification and tracking link as soon as your order is set for delivery. You can also find this information (along with order status) on your Dashboard page. Log In, head to your Dashboard, and scroll to the Subscriptions tab. Once you’ve subscribed, you’ll see your Order History under the Club tab.
If you purchased in Shop as a Guest:
- Be on the lookout for a text message that contains the status and link to your Order.
- Click the link provided and it will lead you to your Shop Guest Order details.
- Click “View Details” to view your order, which will include the status, estimated shipping data, and tracking number once your order is sent!
If you purchased in Shop with an Account:
- Log in to your LiveGlam account and go to your Dashboard > scroll to the Shop section.
- Click “View Past Orders” in the top right corner.
- Click “View Details” in your order history. This is where you can view more details about your order, including the status, estimated shipping date, and tracking number once your lippies are sent!
How long does it take to get my order?
Get all orders in by Tuesday, December 1st, to receive all your goodies before Christmas! Please keep in mind that due to the holiday season, there may be processing AND shipping delays beyond our control… but it’s SO worth the wait! We typically ship all orders in true LiveGlam form, within 2 business days of your online purchase. Once they ship out, you’ll get an email with a tracking link so you can keep a close eye on them.
Domestic orders will take 4-6 days to process, and up to 10 business days depending on where you live and your local carrier. International orders take about 7-10 business days, and up to 20 business days depending on local carriers and customs. Once it’s in transit, we cannot control delivery times but are using expedited services!
Didn’t get your order confirmation email or text? Don’t panic, that can happen from time to time! If you have any inquiries, reach out to Customer Support for further assistance. Also, be sure that you are subscribed to our email and text notifications to receive all updates!
How LiveGlam Subscriptions Work
We know exactly what our #LiveGlamFam wants…options! Instead of sending our Glammers a mixed bag of products, we let you choose exactly what you want, when you want it – starting from your first collection! Whether it’s lip products, eyeshadows, or makeup brushes, we make building your makeup kit fun and effortless to match your style!
On every 23rd of the month, we launch new products, ranging from your favorite lippies to makeup brushes! Each month, you can add to your kit with 3-8 new Morphe brushes or 3-4 LiveGlam Lippies. If you’ve got your eye on shadows, you’ll receive an exclusive palette with 9-10 unique pigments in our glamazing custom formulas, every other month.
You can Trade a collection, Skip a month, and Cancel anytime! For example, if you sign up on November 19th, your next payment will be December 19th for our December lippies or brushes. If you sign up for our Eyeshadow Club, your next payment will be on January 19th. You can always change your billing date through your Dashboard if you want to get your LiveGlam goodies sooner!
*Please note that if you sign up for a Club with a special promotion and Cancel before your renewal date, you will be charged a non-member fee of $7 for Lippie and Brush Club or $8 for Eyeshadow Club, since the special member pricing is only for Glammers who want to be a part of our monthly packages!
