You will receive a shipment notification and tracking link as soon as your order is set for delivery. You can also find this information on your Dashboard under “My Orders”.

To view all details of your order, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your LiveGlam account and go to your Dashboard > “My Orders”
2. Click “View Order History” in the top right corner.
3. Click “View Details” in your order history. This is where you can view more details about your order, including the status, estimated shipping date, and order number!

How long does it take to get my order?

Get all orders in by Tuesday, November 29th, to receive all your goodies before Christmas! Please keep in mind that due to the holiday season, there may be processing AND shipping delays beyond our control… but it’s SO worth the wait! We typically ship all orders in true LiveGlam form, within 2 business days of your online purchase. Once they ship out, you’ll get an email with a tracking link so you can keep a close eye on them. 

Domestic orders will take 4-6 days to process, and up to 10 business days depending on where you live and your local carrier. International orders take about 7-10 business days, and up to 20 business days depending on local carriers and customs. Once it’s in transit, we cannot control delivery times but are using expedited services!

Didn’t get your order confirmation email or text? Don’t panic, that can happen from time to time! If you have any inquiries, reach out to Customer Support for further assistance. Also, be sure that you are subscribed to our email and text notifications to receive all updates!

How to Purchase and Gift

1. Visit our LiveGlam Shop and select our gift card option
2. Pick the gift amount, from $25 – $1000
3. Enter the recipient Glammer’s email, phone number, and a special message.
4. Proceed to checkout.
5. Your favorite Glammer will receive an email and a text informing them of your gift. This message will contain their unique card code.

What Can be Purchased with a LiveGlam Gift Card

LiveGlam Gift Cards can be used for Shop and Subscription purchases. If a Subscription is purchased, you will be required to enter a credit card for future club renewals. It also cannot be used for club collections in waitlist. Gift Cards cannot be used to buy gift cards, Reward products or purchase points.

How to Redeem Your LiveGlam Gift Card

To redeem your glam gift, simply apply your gift code at Checkout where you see “Have a coupon or gift card?” Once applied the gift card will appear as “Gift Card Applied” in the order breakdown.

How to Check Your Balance

To check your LiveGlam Gift Card balance, you can visit THIS PAGE and enter your card code.

Where can I find tracking info?

If you purchased in Shop as a Guest:

3. Click “View Details” to view your order, which will include the status, estimated shipping data, and tracking number once your order is sent! 

If you purchased in Shop with an Account:

2. Click “View Past Orders” in the top right corner.

We know exactly what our #LiveGlamFam wants…options! Instead of sending our Glammers a mixed bag of products, we let you choose exactly what you want, when you want it – starting from your first collection! Whether it’s lip products, eyeshadows, or makeup brushes, we make building your makeup kit fun and effortless to match your style! 

On every 23rd of the month, we launch new products, ranging from your favorite lippies to makeup brushes! Each month, you can add to your kit with 3-8 new Morphe brushes or 3-4 LiveGlam Lippies. If you’ve got your eye on shadows, you’ll receive an exclusive palette with 9-10 unique pigments in our glamazing custom formulas, every other month. 

You can Trade a collection, Skip a month, and Cancel anytime!  For example, if you sign up on November 19th, your next payment will be December 19th for our December lippies or brushes. If you sign up for our Eyeshadow Club, your next payment will be on January 19th. You can always change your billing date through your Dashboard if you want to get your LiveGlam goodies sooner!
